Once cured, the mould is opened. First remove the mould jacket from one side (above), Then separate your rubber halves (below)
At this point the rubber can be cleaned of any plasticine and washed to remove any excess wax etc. When removing the plasticine, make sure that all of the detail is there and trim back any obvious rubber 'flashing'.
